1、西红柿切成块要大小形状无所谓鸡蛋打开放入碗打匀放入少许盐2、锅内放入适量(炒鸡蛋时候油放多少关键我经验放相当于鸡蛋液2/3)油等油热了时候倒入鸡蛋液注意时候鸡蛋液会自凝固要动等鸡蛋液都凝固时候(要小心油干了造成鸡蛋糊了)用饭铲(也叫炒勺)从鸡蛋边缘轻轻进入鸡蛋翻过来煎下等两面颜色都呈现金黄颜色时候把鸡蛋从锅里取出来(也取过等熟练再说吧)时候锅里面应该还有些油把西红柿翻进去翻炒几下由于西红柿里面含有大量水分会有水份析出时候把炒好鸡蛋放进去放入少许盐翻炒几下出锅
